The Role
We're looking for a Recruiter/Talent Application to design and evolve our intelligent talent acquisition systems. You'll create intuitive experiences that support hiring decisions at the world's largest brands, directly influencing which candidates are selected, how they are engaged, and where recruitment resources are allocated.

What You’ll Do
- Create recruitment workflows that eliminate tedious administrative work: automated candidate shortlisting, intelligent evaluation across multiple criteria, and proactive talent discovery.
- Integrate advanced HR tools: Implement multi-source candidate tracking, build robust fallback systems, and ensure consistent performance across diverse recruitment channels.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with HR, product, and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end talent solutions, from system pipelines to user interfaces that make recruitment accessible and efficient.
What We Need
- Talent acquisition expertise: Proven track record in recruitment processes, especially in fast-paced or content-heavy hiring environments.
- System & process knowledge: Experience with recruitment platforms, workflow optimization, and data-driven decision-making.
- Team collaboration: Strong communication skills, curious and innovative mindset, with demonstrated success working cross-functionally with HR, product, and design teams.
